We had our water heater replaced. Great same day service. Fast quote with great help. He explained everything to us in great detail. Eric cleaned up after himself and left everything much better than it was before. See all reviews

 

1. He takes the time to propose and discuss alternate, more energy efficient water heating systems. From Home Advisor 2017

2. Eric was 1) on time and 2) got right to work. Very friendly and supportive. I purchased his time for 1) garbage disposal install and 2) two single hole faucets in the bathroom. He even made a quick trip to Home Depot to buy one little small part that was necessary to complete the install of the disposal. Prior to his visit, he recommended the type of disposal, testing the switch for the disposal (this was a brand new disposal install where none existed previously) and the type of faucet(s) I should purchase, which made the process more efficient. He is very responsive to my messages on the Thumbtack app. The house I bought is 30 years old; and there are no guarantees with piping/water pressure….but Eric devoted his full attention to resolving the issues under his control, which is all I can ask from anyone. In addition, he recommended that I turn off the water to the house over night (house is not yet occupied) while I purchase new faucets since the water pressure was in the old house was a little goofy and we were adjusting the hoses under the sink. PS: Don’t buy faucets on Amazon unless you have physically touched them and shared pictures with the pro who will be installing them. Do this about 4 days before the planned visit in case you do order through Amazon Prime. Imagine buying the wrong size faucet. Oh the joys of home ownership!
