My hot water heater was leaking and I contacted Water Heating Experts for a service inquiry. I also reached out to several other service professionals, but Water Heating Experts was the only company that responded. Not only did they respond, but they did so almost immediately, and on a Sunday. I sent over some photos, and Eric reviewed them and got back to me within an hour with a clear assessment of the problem. He scheduled a home visit for the next day. Daniel, the service technician, arrived as scheduled and provided a more thorough diagnosis. The water heater was old and leaking from the tank itself. At that point, a replacement was the only solution. Water Heating Experts gave me an extremely competitive quote for a superior water heater at the best price I found anywhere. They also scheduled the installation quickly at a time that worked for me. Throughout the entire process, the communication was excellent. I was able to text with Eric and also received email updates, appointment reminders, and alerts when the technicians were on their way. The two technicians who handled the installation were true professionals. They completed the job in under an hour with exceptional efficiency and care. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. I have rarely had such a positive experience with a service company. What stood out most was the professionalism of the entire team. I felt confident knowing I was working with a reputable company staffed by trained professionals, rather than a solo contractor who might cut corners. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Water Heating Experts. I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of water heater or plumbing services.

I got 5 quotes to install a 40 gal water heater, but after talking to Eric, I hired him on the spot. They were punctual, excellent communication, fast responses via text, and Eric (owner) & Daniel did a great job and left the place clean. My drain line was completely blocked, but no additional charge for the extra time. I highly reccomend Water Heating Experts. The other 4 companies: 1st. 2.5 hours late for appointment. 2nd. After a full day had not given me a quote. 3rd. Against my request, tried to upsell unit 2X price 4th. Said he would price match even if it was $600 less than his quote. (quite some profit margin :) These were all companies rated 4.6 or higher on this platform. I did not really trust Eric's rating until I got the opportunity to evaluate his company, and wow, All other businesses should aspire to his level of service!
