Plumbing work connected to your water heater
A water heater replacement can involve more than changing the tank. We review the existing water connections, shut-off valve and surrounding piping as part of the installation plan. Any related repairs or changes should be included in the agreed scope.

Main water shut-off valve repairs
If your main shut-off valve leaks, is difficult to operate or does not shut off the water properly, contact WHE about a repair or replacement. Send a photo of the valve and the surrounding piping, along with your city and a description of the problem. We will review access and the work needed before confirming the scope and scheduling.
Moen Flo installation
WHE installs Moen Flo smart water shut-off devices. We review the existing main water line, pipe size, installation space and the selected model’s requirements before planning the work.
Moen specifies installation on the home’s main water supply after the existing shut-off valve and pressure-reducing valve, where present, and before the supply branches to fixtures. It is not installed on a hot-water distribution line. Power and Wi-Fi arrangements also need review for the connected features. See Moen’s installation guidance and power information.
